Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item received
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item
- A full refund
- Store credit (when applicable)
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
IronTeeCo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
Cancellation Requests
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once production begins, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
